The Dromex D59 is a 100% cotton (270gsm), 4/1 satin weave flame and acid resistant work suit manufactured in South Africa. It is SABS approved, compliant with SANS 1423-1 and SANS 434 / ISO 6530:2005, and rated CLASS C CATEGORY 3 for acid resistance — protective against nitric acid (HNO3 65%), hydrochloric acid (HCl 32%), sulphuric acid (H2SO4 24%) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH 40%). It is available as a separate jacket and trouser.
